Cancellation Policy
• If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. • If you paid a $20 deposit, it will be forfeited and will not roll over to a future appointment. • If the appointment was prebooked without a deposit, a $20 late fee will be required before you can book again. This fee also does not apply toward your next visit. • Appointments will not be rescheduled until the late fee is paid. Additionally, same-day rescheduling is considered a cancellation. If you cancel or reschedule than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, (deposits are already non-refundable) and a new one will be required to book again. I completely understand that life happens — unexpected things come up, traffic gets bad, and parking can be tricky. All I ask is that you communicate with me as soon as possible if you’re running late or need to make changes. While I know some situations are out of your control, I kindly ask that you account for traffic and parking when planning your visit. For parking, there are spots directly in front of the building, as well as additional spaces near Milford Bank (please avoid the spots marked specifically for bank customers). You’re always welcome to arrive a few minutes early and text me — if I’m ready for you, I’ll gladly take you in early!
