Cancellation Policy
Deposit, cancellation, & rescheduling policies: Deposits are non refundable. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled through the website with at least 24 hour notice. Rescheduling in under 24 hours is considered a cancellation. If you cancel/reschedule after the 24 hour mark, a $20 fee will be charged if a deposit was not put down for the appointment. If a deposit was put down, it will be forfeited as the cancellation fee. You will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit. Please text 475-210-9535 if you need to cancel or reschedule last minute. Late policy: We offer a 5 minute grace period, however please aim to be 5 minutes early. After 5 minutes, the appointment will be considered a cancellation. The policy above will apply. Please account for traffic and parking time when planning your appointment. This policy allows us to keep things running smoothly, and to respect the other appointment times throughout the day. Salon Policies: There are no extra guests allowed in the salon. This is not our policy, it is the salon’s policy. This means only guests who will be receiving a service will be allowed inside. No extra guests and NO KIDS. In addition, please do not wander around the salon before or after your appointment. All services that are available can be found on the salon’s instagram account. Thank you. How to find us: We are located at 222 Bridgeport ave, Milford CT, inside Lyra luxe beauty salon. Our location has a parking lot in the rear, and you may enter through the DOUBLE DOORS in the parking lot. Please do not enter through the front door. If the salon lot is full, you may park in the lot over as well. We are located in suite 3; you will see it as soon as you enter the double doors. Please do not attempt to open the suite door if it is closed. It will be open as soon as we are ready for you. There are seats to sit and wait in the hallway. Thank you for your understanding.
